SECURITY ALERT 2: Neverquest..

fraud1

Neverquest:

This dangerous new Trojan steals usernames and passwords for online banking services so cybercriminals can use them to plunder accounts. The criminals then transfer money from one victim’s account to another so they can’t be traced directly. According to Kaspersky Neverquest recognises hundreds of banking and financial sites and is activated when an infected user visits one. It’s creators boast that it can be modified to attack any bank in any Country. Firefox and IE users are at particularly high risk of infection, be careful out there folks, the cyberworld can be just as dangerous as the real one if not worse when it concerns fraud..

  1. Thanks for the heads up, I use Safari myself as I am a MAC maniac, When using my PC I use KeyScrambler, Norton & Zemana Anti-logger so I feel pretty secure when doing transaction online.

  2. Mac users are no longer safe from these types of virus but I’m glad you have good security on your machines as i do myself..
